Mount Eyre Merlot 2008 is sourced exclusively from our Holman Estate Vineyard in Pokolbin. It has had 6 months in old French oak barrels before bottling. It is a fruity, light-medium bodied red wine that suits most dishes. Can be enjoyed at room temperature or even slightly chilled.
