Three Ponds Shiraz 2005 is hand picked fruit from our family estate vineyards in the Hunter Valley. Fermented the traditional way in open fermenters, this wine then spent one year in French oak barrels. The wine displays dark berry flavours, saddle leather, tobacco and fine tannins. This wine will continue to improve until at least 2025, and is drinking well presently. Enjoy with beef, lamb, game meat and vintage cheese.  Winemaker - C.P.Lin. Stelvin closure.
